A brief history of how and why we work 24/7/365 for you.

2005

Brad built a company that integrated hardware and software solutions that he could manage for his dental clients. He understood that dentists don’t have practices to spend their time working on their computer networks; they do it to be chair-side and help their patients.

As the years passed, Brad’s clients came to know they could depend on him to fix their issues, day, or night.

True story – Brad slept with his cell phone next to his pillow every night, just in case one of his clients needed him; when they did, he answered.

Transition

Those early days and Brad’s commitment to his customers are one of many reasons Sunset Technologies is genuinely a 24/7/365 business. We are following the lead of our founder in making sure our clients feel Rest Assured, knowing they can depend on us to answer the phone and help any time of the day or night.

Today

 Today, Sunset Technologies still manages our clients’ computer software solutions to networks, However, just as your practices have grown from paper charts to EDR and from molds to 3D Intraoral Cameras, Sunset has evolved so we can support our clients better too.

Why should your partner relationships that support your practice be anything less? At Sunset, we want to know you, your team, what obstacles your practice faces, your pain points, and what is important to you!

This desire is why we created Teams to support our clients. Depending on the Solution Service you choose, each Team is comprised of an Account Manager, Team Lead, and Support Technicians that know their clients in and out. This format allows our clients the opportunity to create relationships with the Team that will be supporting them.

Additionally, we have a Network Operations Center (NOC) that manages the overnight work that needs to be accomplished without taking your practice offline during production hours.

The NOC also tests all updates, in a secure environment, before being delivered to your infrastructure. This enables us to ensure they are safe, secure, and will not take your network down upon delivery.

Account Manager

Responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with your business

Solicit/receive feedback to ensure your business needs are met, and you are experiencing the level of service and performance you signed up for with the Sunset team.

Team Lead, Remote Support

The Team Lead manages your team of support technicians responsible for a dedicated customer base. Our goal of having a specific group of individuals aligned with you is developing a deeper understanding of your infrastructure and remaining familiar with your needs and expectations.
