This desire is why we created Teams to support our clients. Depending on the Solution Service you choose, each Team is comprised of an Account Manager, Team Lead, and Support Technicians that know their clients in and out. This format allows our clients the opportunity to create relationships with the Team that will be supporting them.
Additionally, we have a Network Operations Center (NOC) that manages the overnight work that needs to be accomplished without taking your practice offline during production hours.
The NOC also tests all updates, in a secure environment, before being delivered to your infrastructure. This enables us to ensure they are safe, secure, and will not take your network down upon delivery.
